On the 20th of April in 2023 Laurens Knoll and I where invited by Fujitsu. We shared our lessons learned during DevOps/Cloud transformations that we see at our customers.

Laurens, gave the introduction on how we typically work and start engagements. I then took over and how you could do that in a more controlled manner using a landingzone. We also shared mistakes that were made overtime and what we had learned from them.
